Deputy Hospital Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join Elysium Healthcare as a Deputy Hospital Director at their Field House facility in Alfreton. As a Senior Clinician or existing Deputy Hospital Director with experience in mental health, you will have the chance to build a team, shape the culture, and positively impact the service's operations. You will support the Hospital Director in leading the service, managing clinical and non-clinical teams, and acting as the Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance., As a Deputy Hospital Director, you will have previous experience in project management, managing clinical and operational functions of the hospital. You will deputise for the Hospital Director, attending internal and external meetings with key stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the service, supporting the development and provision of a high-quality and bespoke pathway of care for the service users.
