Deputy Manager

The role of the Deputy Manager will report to the General Manager and will have overarching responsibilities for both nursery settings, ensuring that both fulfil their legal and statutory requirements. While the Deputy Manager will oversee one specific setting daily, they will provide support and management across both nurseries. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations during term time.

As part of the Nurseries Management Team, the Deputy Manager will supervise the Education Team in their assigned nursery. The Deputy Manager should have experience and a firm grasp of regulatory requirements, effective team management, customer service, and a passion for high-quality care and learning for young children.
