You will maintain good practice through audits, establish therapeutic relationships, and monitor service users' physical, mental, and emotional states. As a professional, you will participate in the organisation's appraisal process, align personal development with its objectives, and ensure the safe administration of medicines. It is also essential to respect different approaches within the team, maintain confidentiality, and conduct yourself professionally towards service users, colleagues, and other agencies.
