This will include being actively involved in empowering them to make individual choices about their everyday living.The role:As part of the management team you will provide effective leadership and management to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, safe and person-centred serviceWork with the teams to promote a culture of continuous improvements and reflective practice with an emphasis on communication and teamworkAssist the development of existing and new service provision, working in partnership with others to establish demand, plan, set up and reviewTake responsibility for budget management under the direction of the registered manager and in accordance with the organisational procedureEnsure the
effective recruitment, induction, supervision and training of staff, identifying and facilitating improvement in skills, knowledge and capabilitiesWork within a multi-disciplinary approach to support the implementation of behavioural strategies and care plans, ensuring the contribution of specialities and support roles are valued in achieving the optimum outcome for individualsBuild effective relationships at all levels, ensuring cross-working with other services to foster best practices, consistency and focus on evidence-based planning and outcomesOversee regular review and updates of documentation including risk assessments, support plans, MCA, safeguarding and DOLS, ensuring a countersignature is in place and any concerns are raised with the Registered ManagerCreate, monitor and amend staff rosters to ensure the best use of resources, and fulfilment of individual contracted hours and minimise costsApplications are welcome from Deputy Managers with the following:Hold or are

The successful Adult Services Deputy Manager will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure an integrated, quality service.As a member of the Management Team, the Deputy Manager will assist the Registered and Area Managers and Adult Services Director in leading, supervising, and supporting staff in positive behaviour and good working practices.Autism Anglia is dedicated to providing ongoing training and supervision, continuing professional development and support as well as an extensive induction on commencement of employment.Walnut:Walnut accommodates individuals within the autistic spectrum from 20 years of age as part of Autism Anglia's Adult services. Enabling all individuals to participate in various physical activities such as walking, swimming, shopping, and general socialising in the wider community.
