Deputy Manager

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join us at Partou Gingerbread, South Croydon. As a Deputy Manager, you'll have the opportunity to create a safe and supportive environment for children and families.

- Promote andfacilitate partnership with parents, carers and families

- Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with relevant local authority departments, regulatorybodies and other agencies

- Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies andpractices

- Assistwith the preparation and delivery of events and regular meetings for planning, staff and parents.
