Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager. Reporting to the Registered Home Manager, the Deputy Manager will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager to deliver high quality care of our residents. Our Deputy Managers monitor the performance of staff, ensuring additional training and support is provided where necessary and ensure that good relationships are built and maintained with residents, families and members of the team. In the Home Manager's absence, they take responsibility for leading the team and running the home. Whether you're helping a member of the team to develop their performance, administering prescribed medicines or preparing reports and care plans, you'll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.
We are looking for someone with previous experience of deputising/leading a team within a Care Home. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have positive energy and the ability to get along with people. Sounding good? We want to hear from you!
