Some weekend work required

- On-call - shared with the manager and a senior team

- Past care experience is essential

- DBS Check

- Professional attitude with appetite to learn

    The successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:
  • Assisting with administrative work in the care home

  • Staff leadership & management, rota planning, medication management, audits

  • Generally being the Manager's eyes and ears on the care floor
