Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive impact on early childhood development? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to lead our vibrant nursery school community based at Amersham Road in Reading.,
- Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged birth to 5 years.
- Leading team meetings and room meeting
- Supervision of staff
- Leading the nursery in the absence of the manager
- Overseeing the planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to foster holistic development.

Candidates should possess a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 or its equivalent in childcare and education, along with a demonstrated ability in delivering high-quality childcare and education. We are looking for a warm, caring, organised, and dynamic individual, possessing excellent knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrating self-motivation. The role involves creating a secure and engaging environment where children are at the forefront of all you do.
