Overall management of the pub, restaurant and hotel in the absence of the Manager
Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, hotel, service and drink quality
Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, licensing and maintenance of records
Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
Create and maintain a motivated team with excellent standards identifying talent and ensuring succession

The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.

Self-motivation with excellent organisational and communication skills
Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry
