Deputy Nurse Manager

• Assist the Nurse Manager in coordinating and supervising the nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols
• Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
• Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team
• Oversee patient care plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of nursing staff
• Promote a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion among the nursing team
• Support the Nurse Manager in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff
  
  Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid UK NMC Pin
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership role
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of nursing professionals
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
  
  Salary: Up to £54,000
