- Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the overall management of the nursing home
- Supervise and provide support to nursing and care staff
- Implement and maintain care plans in accordance with residents' needs
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
- Contribute to the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, their families, and staff
RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with a focus on adult nursing and a valid UK NMC Pin - Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a nursing home setting
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in elderly care and relevant regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
