- Leadership & Team Management: Support the Nurse Manager in leading a passionate team of nurses and care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
- Resident-Centred Care: Oversee the creation and implementation of individualized, evidence-based care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Mentorship & Development: Act as a role model and mentor for junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence in clinical practice.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.
- Clinical Leadership: Take charge of administration, medication management, and ensuring accurate and timely clinical record-keeping.
- Training & Staff Development: Lead the development and delivery of ongoing training programs, empowering staff to grow professionally and deliver top-quality care.
