Full Job Description
- Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery
- Support and lead a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implementation of nursery policies
- Foster positive relationships with parents and families, providing regular communication and updates
- Contribute to the development of age-appropriate curricula and learning activities
- Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children
- Assist with staff training, performance evaluations, and scheduling
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the efficient running of our client's nursery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young children to thrive., Level 3 or above in Early Years - Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development and early years learning frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with families
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in a nursery environment
- Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality within the nursery community
