Deputy Nursery Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will assist in the overall management and supervision of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children and staff. This modern Nursery caters to children from 3 months to 5 years, it has large and bright age-specific rooms and a beautiful garden where children can explore and learn.,

• Collaborate with the Nursery Manager in daily operational activities and decision-making.


• Oversee the planning and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activities.


• Support and mentor nursery staff, providing guidance and training as needed.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.


• Foster positive relationships with parents and actively participate in parent communication and involvement.


• Contribute to continuous improvement, development, and quality assurance of the nursery.
  
  Level 3 in Early Years and above


• Leadership experience e.g. Room Leader, Deputy Manager, Nursery manager


• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
