  • Work closely with the Nursery Manager to provide strong leadership and effective management of the nursery
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
  • Play a key role in shaping and implementing the nursery's curriculum to ensure an enriching and stimulating learning experience for children
  • Provide continuous guidance and support to the staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality care and education
  • Cultivate strong, positive relationships with parents, families, and the local community to create a warm and inclusive environment
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of the nursery by assessing, evolving, and enhancing policies and procedures

    Managerial and leadership experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of child development and educational best practices
  • Hold a Level 3 in Early Years or above, showcasing a solid theoretical foundation in early years education
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, paired with outstanding interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the team
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within the childcare sector
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, essential for effectively liaising with staff, parents, and external partners
