Deputy Nursery Room Leader (Level 3)

As a Deputy Room Leader, you will assist the Room Leader in providing high-quality careand education for young children in our early childhood setting. • Assist the Room Leader in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and programs for children


• Support and mentor educators in the room to provide high-quality care and learning experiences


• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues


• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment


• Collaborate with the Room Leader to maintain accurate records and documentation


• Assist in creating and maintaining a stimulating, organized, and clean learning environment
  
  Level 3 in Early Years or above


• Proven experience working in a childcare or early childhood setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families


• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards


• Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check
