  • Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the division, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal patient care
  • Support the development and implementation of divisional strategies aligned with Trust objectives
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to improve service quality and performance
  • Contribute to financial management and resource allocation within the division

This involves working closely with specialty triumvirates, multidisciplinary stakeholders, and system-level partners - reporting to the Divisional Operations Director and acting as a deputy in their absence.
