• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the division, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal patient care
• Support the development and implementation of divisional strategies aligned with Trust objectives
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to improve service quality and performance
• Contribute to financial management and resource allocation within the division
• Participate in service improvement initiatives and change management projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and NHS standards
