Deputy Divisional Operations Director - Division of Medicine, Diagnostics, and Clinical Support Services

James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as Deputy Divisional Operations Director in the Division of Medicine, Diagnostics, and Clinical Support Services., As Deputy Divisional Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational management and strategic development of our Division of Medicine, Diagnostics, and Clinical Support Services., o Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the division, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal patient care

o Support the development and implementation of divisional strategies aligned with Trust objectives

o Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to improve service quality and performance

o Contribute to financial management and resource allocation within the division

o Participate in service improvement initiatives and change management projects

o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and NHS standards
