To support pathway streamlining for both RTT and Cancer, including process refinement to help implement best practice timed pathways within these services, by engaging with the clinical teams, support services and Cancer Unit, to optimise pathway lengths, increase clock stops, reducing waiting lists and times for both RTT and cancer, thus improving the 18 Week RTT performance and the 28 day FDS, 31 day and 62 day Cancer performance for these areas.
Responsibility will also include the Frimley Park-based admin teams, whilst maintaining a dotted line to Wexham Park admin teams for specialty driven objectives.
Scrutiny of the Directorate's planned versus actual performance and productivity via the Trust Business Intelligence Portal, in order to to highlight areas requiring attention or action.
