Hello, my name is Rebecca and I am the Deputy General Manager Manager at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) within the Acute & Emergency Medicine Care Group., The Deputy Performance & Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operational functions across the Care group to ensure that:

High standards of care delivery are achieved and maintained.

Such services are delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner within allocated resources.

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) is the main provider of acute and specialist care services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We serve a population of around 500,000 people - a figure that can increase significantly with
