Full Job Description

This role will provide support to the Practice Manager in the effective running of Whyburn Medical Practice.

You will be responsible for the production of performance and quality standards within the Practice, managing data quality issues, providing advice and guidance to all the practice staff with the use of the clinical system and support the claims process for work undertaken as part of enhanced national and local services.,

  • Providing leadership and management skills to enable the practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within an efficient, safe and effective working environment.


  • Ensuring that our management of patient paper records in and out of the practice is accurately recorded and up to date at all times.


  • To manage our QOF points in terms of ensuring that our system is up to date with the correctly coded information and reporting to all clinical staff on a monthly basis our current achievement and provide appropriate support to ensure we hit the required end of year targets.

    Positive attitude to the smooth running of the practice.
