Full Job Description

As the Deputy Programme Director: Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme, you will be pivotal in guiding the redevelopment of the Hinchingbrooke Hospital site. This role involves driving the implementation of a new hospital model, overseeing core programme workstreams such as Operations, Workforce, Digital, and Transformation. Your leadership will ensure the programme meets the highest standards of governance, public accountability, and quality benchmarks, delivering substantial benefits to the community.
Lead the development of a Target Operating Model for the new Hinchingbrooke Hospital.
Facilitate collaboration between clinical and operational teams for seamless service integration.
Oversee and provide strategic leadership for Service Transformation, Workforce, Digital, Operations, and Communications workstreams.
Ensure alignment of the Target Operating Model with New Hospital Programme standards and NHS sustainability goals.
Represent the Trust at various levels and lead negotiations to deliver the Trust's redevelopment schemes.

Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
Oversee the procurement of resources and services., Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to integrate project outcomes.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Facilitate regular project meetings and briefings.
Report on project milestones and deliverables to senior management.
