As Deputy Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Multi-Domain Mission Support System (MD MSS) from start to finish. You'll work closely with the Programme Manager, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the successful execution of initiatives across the business. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of MD MSS within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Management of Key Work Packages and Customer Tasking
  • Preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and suggesting solutions.
  • Managing schedules, resources, and project files.
  • Learning and applying project management methodologies and tools.

  • Established experience as an Assistant PM, or a Project Manager, with experience managing software projects, or projects within the defence/engineering sectors.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
