An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Aramark team based on site at Warwick Castle as an Deputy Restaurant Manager. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager on site, you will be responsible for our magical Knights Village restaurant and lead our fantastic and talented front of house team. We are recruiting this role on a full time (37.5 hours) and permanent basis., A day in the life of an Deputy Restaurant Manager:

  • Spearhead, mentor, and elevate an exceptional team

  • Roll your sleeves up and support with breakfast and dinner service

  • Drive Revenue (RPS) and achieve financial objectives

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation, both front and back of house

  • Delight guests and handle any concerns with unwavering positivity

  • Master inventory management and foster strong relationships with other departments

  • Act as a liaison between the front and kitchen staff
