- A skilled English specialist with a passion for championing the needs of our most vulnerable students?
- Prepared to complete (if you have not already) the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination (NASENDO)? Do you have:
- Experience of working with/supporting students with SEND and a good understanding of SEND?
- Outstanding leadership qualities?
- Great inter-personal and communication skills?
- Excellent teaching ability (QTS is essential)?

Lytchett Minster is a successful 11-18 mixed comprehensive school with approximately 1604 students, 316 of whom are in the successful sixth form.
