Full Job Description

DEPUTY SERVICE MANAGER, THE CLUSTER TEAM (RSAP/NSAP), NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, FRWK16 £34,315 - £36,094 FTE, 37HPW
Framework is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and skilled person to take on the role of Deputy Service Manager for The Cluster Team.
The Cluster Team is a dispersed service providing support and visiting multiple occupant accommodation across Nottingham City.
The client group has complex needs which may cause barriers to their move on. Our service support individuals to develop the skills needed to move into and sustain independent accommodation.
As a Deputy Service Manager, you will be required to:

  • Act as a role model, demonstrating high standards of support and providing leadership to the staff team

  • Create, maintain and develop a safe, supportive, and contractually compliant service

  • Manage a staff team day-to-day, including casework support, and supervision and appraisals with Team Leaders

  • Manage aspects of the service, including risk management and strategic engagement

  • Have knowledge of working with people experiencing multiple, complex needs, and a solid understanding of homelessness and the impact this has on wellbeing

  • Work alongside the Service Manager to maintain the quality-of-service delivery and its continued development.

  • You will be required to support the Team Leaders, helping them to improve planning standards and the quality of support that we provide. You will work to improve service user participation. As a great Deputy Service Manager with lots of energy, you'll need strong communication skills, a flexible approach, and positive, solution-focused attitude to achieve targets in a challenging environment. This role also requires empathy and patience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to supporting others to fulfil their potential.
