Full Job Description

You will primarily be providing support to the staff team located across a number of locations. This will include supervision, managing incidents, liaising with different departments, ensuring that health and safety issues are addressed and that the service is compliant. You will also support the manager in embedding the newest service within the Hammersmith & Fulham patch, Dawes Road, which is a high support service.,

  • Working with the Service Manager to lead a dynamic frontline team

  • Developing the skills within the team to create an ever evolving approach to support

  • Creating and maintaining a positive environment for young people to thrive

  • Effectively managing risk and safeguarding young people from abuse

  • Working with the Service Manager to ensure the service is safe, compliant and meeting the required performance standard

    Effective communicator with natural ability to facilitate open and honest conversations.

  • Able decision maker with a can do attitude.

  • Respectful and empathetic, always considering the impact on our young people and staff team.

    Centrepoint is the UK's leading youth homelessness charity and now the largest provider of Housing First for young people in England, is looking for Deputy Service Manager to join our team covering multiple locations within Hammersmith & Fulham.
