Are you an experienced Operational Manager seeking a new challenge or looking to take the next step in your career? The successful candidate will be a key member of the Orthopaedic Operational Management team, leading on Service Improvements and Managing the day to day running in our four Theatres. You will lead on the delivery of the Barts Health Orthopaedic Centre Expansion and will play a fundamental role in driving forward the divisions' vision for service improvement, quality and patient experience.
You will be supporting the General Manager and Service Manager at strategic, tactical and operational level. You will support the operational delivery of services by working with stakeholders to develop strategies, redesign pathways and provide assurance of clinical governance. Fundamental to this, is the development of a culture where excellent quality patient care is at the heart of all that we do.
