An exciting opportunity for a permanent Deputy Charge Nurse/Sister within the Trauma Orthopaedics Ward D4 .
D4 ward is a 32 bed Trauma Orthopaedic ward. We predominately care for patients with Neck of Femur injuries. We have a strong focus on multidisciplinary team working, which helps to ensures a complete approach to patient centered care. We are looking for applicants who have a passion to embrace new and innovative ways of managing change and believe that the patient experience is central to care delivered.
There are good opportunities for your continuing professional development within Hampshire Hospitals, and this will be supported and encouraged by the Clinical Matron and Senior Ward Sister.
