Full Job Description

This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, with a primary base at Doddington and regular travel to other NWAFT locations. You will play a vital role in leading and supporting the outpatient nursing team, delivering safe, effective and compassionate care in a community outpatient setting., What You'll Do:
+ Provide clinical leadership and management to the outpatient nursing team.
+ Ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care in a community setting.
+ Coordinate patient pathways, promoting a smooth and efficient experience for all.
+ Support the development and training of staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
