Full Job Description

You will work under the direction of Team Leader and Community Service Manager to assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the Reablement service. The role will consist of a diverse range of responsibilities which will include Organising Rota's, assisting with quality monitoring, Supervising staff, Assessments and involvement in the day to day delivery of direct to care to the people we visit when needed.

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a strong understanding of person centred values into practise, Understanding the impacts upon the individual and their families, has direct experience of providing Care to individuals (In either a paid or voluntary capacity) and who has good organisational skills to maintain records, write basic reports and assess individual need. Your qualities will include:

  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude that will enhance the positive experiences of staff and the people we work with.
  • Ability to demonstrate good practice in your work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use your own initiative.
  • A flexible approach to meet the changing needs of the service.
  • Demonstrable IT Skills.
  • You will need to be a driver, have access to a car and be available to work 5 days out of 7. The role could include working at weekends.
