Full Job Description

The Role of the Deputy Team Manager is to support the team manager in the operational management of a large team including ASD Clinicians, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Psychologists, Medics and Support Workers. The successful applicant should have experience of Children's Mental Health and/or Learning Disability Services and be extremely organised., We are currently recruiting a Band 6 Deputy Team Manager to work within a busy CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team across Teesside.
The successful candidate would support the team manager with performance monitoring, sickness and absence management, and data gathering for monthly report-out meetings.

As the team is regularly in a state of change the use of TEWV Quality Improvement Systems is an integral component of this role. An ability to understand data relating to the team performance is imperative as this would be a daily responsibility within the role.
