Full Job Description

REPORTING TO - Training Manager HOURS OF WORK- As required for proper performance of duties RATE OF PAY - TBC CLOSING DATE- 9th January 2025 To be responsible for overseeing training operations in and around Heathrow. KEY TASK AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall day to day responsibility for the service delivery (planning, annual leave, KPI's, SLA's, etc.) of the ICTS (UK) training operations in the LHR region.
  • Overall responsibility towards the company's QAF and client commitments in matters of training delivery.
  • Overseeing databases and ensuring data reporting is completed in a timely manner
  • Maintaining frequent contact with clients for feedback, planning and development of additional services
  • Maintaining frequent contact with LHR Management team for feedback, planning and development of additional services
  • Overseeing the professional performance of Training Team
  • Conduct Staff Appraisals as required by ICTS (UK) & Ireland Ltd
  • Delivering exemplary Initial, Recurrent and On Job Training, covert / overt training and staff development.
  • Responsible for company internal systems.
  • This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to carry out tasks as directed by ICTS (UK) & Ireland Ltd Senior Management

  • Experience at Instructor level for a minimum of two years
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Track record of ability to work under pressure in dynamic work environment
  • Flexibility according to operational needs
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Computer literate (Word and Excel), ability to learn new computer systems
  • Experience of directly managing a team.
  • 'Leading by example' approach to management and Training
  • Tidy, organised
  • Presentable
