Hartlepool is a vibrant and energetic town with growing prospects. As an authority we provide our children and young people with the best support and service that we can possibly can. Our most recent ILACS Inspection carried out In March 2024 rated us as 'outstanding' and highlighted that disabled children are supported by skilled and caring practitioners who are working with children with highly complex needs. Staff expertly support children to have a say in what is important to them. We want to recruit dedicated, driven and committed staff to support us to continue to provide and drive this outstanding service. Children's and Joint Commissioning Services have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Children's Residential Team as a Deputy Manager. This is an exciting time to be part of the management of a new 3 bed children's home for children with autism and learning difficulties. The aim of the home is to provide high quality care for children aged 11 to 18 years who are looked after by the Local Authority and provide a safe and secure environment
