An exciting opportunity has now arisen and we are in the position to recruit a Deputy Ward Manager to be part of dynamic, multi-disciplinary team working at our older adult acute inpatient ward at St Margaret's mental health unit., The post holder is responsible for the holistic assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of program's of care for clients with Mental Health needs referred to the service, supporting and day to day management of staff. At all times upholding and teaching the Recovery model and reminding mindful of all physical health needs and social inclusion ensuring that anti stigma is upheld.

An understanding of the Recovery Model approach is required, taking into account the needs of families and carer's, whilst providing leadership to a team and be prepared to become part of an established multidisciplinary team.
