Deputy ward Manager working within a female admissions ward - clee ward. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to develop and learn under the the support of an experienced management team., An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen within Adults Mental Health for a highly motivated individual to join our amazing team of nurses who are passionate about the care and treatment of the service users on our ward. We are proud of the excellent feedback we receive from patients and families, which contributed to the Trust's current CQC rating as 'Good'.
We strive to provide the highest standards of care. The successful candidate must have drive and enthusiasm to lead on service improvements and ensure the delivery of safe and effective person-centred care. If successful, you will work closely with the ward management team, MDT, patients, carers and family.
