Full Job Description
To provide effective clinical and managerial leadership of a ward, in the absence of the Ward Manager, which empowers staff to deliver patient- centred, evidence based nursing care within a defined budget. Establish systems for a multi-disciplinary approach to patient-centred care delivery, which builds on the philosophy of greater involvement of patients and their relatives/carers by using the Trusts patient and public involvement strategy. Delivers patient care on a daily basis
An exciting opportunity to work at Musgrove Park Hospital as a Band size Deputy Ward Manager on Conservators Ward, which specialises in General Medicine and Endocrine. This is an exciting opportunity to join the fabulous nursing team on Conservators Ward at Musgrove Park Hospital as the Deputy Ward Manager. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and self motivated individual to lead a team and strive to deliver outstanding patient care. You will require good communication skills, a team centred approach and be able to provide a high standard of nursing care with the support of your team. This advert is open to registered Nurses with at least two years experience.
