Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse who is looking for a new challenge in there career. If you are in a biologic nursing career or have dermatological experience please read on. This is an exciting opportunity to be in a leading role delivering high quality care and providing support to the Dermatology Biologic patients and their families and helping to develop and expand our services. The role involves supporting the Multidisciplinary Team providing high quality service for biologic patients and their families throughout their journey with us. The successful candidate will be developed to obtain skills to enable them to manage and maintain a case load of biologic patients, undertaking nurse-led clinics and performing diagnostic tests enabling patients to have the best appropriate treatment suited for them.,

  • Leads on the implementation and monitoring of adherence to relevant clinical guidelines.
  • Takes personal responsibility for ensuring effective communication between all service providers.
  • Actively participates in multi-professional meetings, acting as patient advocate and representing nursing views.
  • Acts as a role model for excellent advanced communication skills and expertise.

    You will play a key role in co-ordination of the patient pathway and will be an advocate for our patients. A back ground in Biologics or Dermatology care would be essential to the role. The post holder will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, an ability to prioritise workload, be flexible in approach, be able to exercise initiative and demonstrate a consistently high level of professionalism.
