Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to progress their career into a leadership role. A vacancy has arisen in the Dermatology Department at Doncaster Royal Infirmary for a Reception Supervisor. You will manage a small team of receptionist/clerical staff and be responsible for the administrative activities and reception activities of the department on a day-to-day basis., You will manage a small team of reception staff and be responsible for the administrative and reception activities of the department on a day-to-day basis. Duties include patient reception, supervision of existing reception team, data input to computerised databases, outcoming of clinic attendances, making appointments, dealing with telephone enquiries from hospital staff and the public. Ensure smooth running of the reception team and reception area. Arranging You will also provide secretarial support to the department manager and wider department.
