This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic Marketing Team at the Girls' Day School Trust, a leader in girls' education across 25 schools nationwide. As the Design and Digital Content Manager, you will be at the creative heart of our operations, elevating our digital presence and spotting opportunities for innovation across our schools. You will become a key part of the energetic and ambitious Marketing team who have led a brand transformation over the past few years, developing the distinctive Spotlight Series and winning the award for Media Strategy of the Year 2023 at the DRUM awards for our strong brand storytelling and digital performance. We are looking for a creative and analytical individual who can propel the GDST's irresistible education offer to greater heights in the digital sphere, develop compelling ideas which make a real impact for the organisation in a changing landscape , and continue to evolve the brand, reflecting the GDST's status as a leader in girls' education. What you'll be doing In this role, you will be overseeing high-quality digital campaigns ensuring they are effective and impactful, producing striking creative content across the GDST marketing ecosystem, and driving the optimisation of our digital marketing efforts. Your expertise in video production and design will help bring our brand story to life, while your data-led insights will guide campaign strategies that drive efficiencies, harvesting the power of our data in new ways and deliver a strong return on investment.   • We are looking for someone with a strong background in content creation and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Strong design, video, motion graphic skills: proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop; InDesign; Illustrator; and Adobe Creative cloud), Canva.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social (PPC, Meta, YouTube, Google Performance Max, etc.)
  • Data-driven, with a track record in measurement reporting, campaign optimisation and interpreting results to translate into ROI, translating data into insights and 'telling the story' behind performance drivers.
  • A creative mindset with strong visualisation skills to bring content to life across social media, website, digital campaigns, out of home, publications, brochures etc.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience of working with and managing creative agency partners is a bonus.
  • This job is ideally suited to someone who has worked in an in-house marketing department or creative agency.
