Full Job Description

  • Lead the creative direction and strategy for multiple client projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative design solutions that drive brand innovation.
  • Partner with Client Services to ensure projects are resourced effectively, delivered on time and within budget, while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Act as a key client contact, confidently presenting and communicating design strategies and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and empowering creative culture.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, researching and incorporating current and upcoming creative, design, and cultural trends into your work.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project design continuity and overcome complex strategic and design challenges.

    Significant design experience in a brand/design agency environment with a strong focus on brand and design.
  • A sophisticated understanding of design principles with strong creative excellence and conceptual thinking.
  • Proven ability to integrate brand elements (message, colour, imagery, typography, etc.) into impactful deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories and articulate design strategies to various audiences.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to establish financial goals and manage budgets.
  • A passion for design, brand, and creative excellence, with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, AI tools, and other relevant design software.
  • Experience with motion graphics and digital design, leading the creation of impactful, cross-platform visual content.
