Create compelling pitch documents and research new opportunities in the public art space
Provide creative oversight on projects and workstreams, collaborating with the Global Creative Director
Build strong client relationships and contribute to new revenue streams
Assist in recruiting and managing creative talent
Contribute to the studio's overall goals and strategy

We are currently seeking a talented Design Director with a strong background in graphic design to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading creative projects within client budgets while delivering top-tier designs., Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer
Management experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to travel to clients' sites
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Excellent team player with the ability to meet deadlines
