Full Job Description
- Generation and amendments to existing drawings using.
- Maintain drawing logs, spreadsheets & general administrative functions.
- Assist with supervision of construction of plant in workshops and liaison with project and workshop personnel.
- To comply with working practices as laid down for the Drawing Office and with the Company's ISO 9001 Quality Systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Axium Process is currently looking to recruit an experienced Design Engineer with previous knowledge of process pipework and stainless steel fabrication., Engineering background and experience in creating, reading and understanding manufacturing drawings is essential. - Some working knowledge of System Builds & Process Pipework would be advantageous.
- The ability to use SolidWorks or IronCAD software.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills are required. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel advantageous.
- Qualification to HND or similar in Computer Aided Design is vital.
Axium Process specialises in the fabrication and supply of bespoke stainless steel pipework and membrane separation systems, for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, dairy, chemical, cosmetic and toiletries industries. Currently employing around 60 personnel and manufacturing from a 30,000 ft² facility based on the Hendy Industrial Estate, Swansea.
