In this role, you will ensure the effective delivery of high-quality design solutions for projects from inception to completion. You will also play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, while contributing to our business development and company growth. Key Objectives:

  • Deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, meeting time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Integrate the design process with other project aspects for seamless execution.
  • Accountabilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to the design team
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to industry regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the design process, including proposals, tender management, and construction oversight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate design with other project components.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to the design team.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and briefs.
  • Manage project budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Stay updated on developments in design techniques, software, and technology.
  • Implement design policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
