Full Job Description

We're looking for a Design Project Director to drive the Production Design pipeline. Working closely with Saatchi & Saatchi you will manage team workloads, and ensure top-tier creative output. You'll work closely with the Creative Design Lead and Head of Studio, overseeing resources, budgets, and freelance talent.,

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies and forecast project resources.

  • Track budgets, timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.

  • Lead daily team meetings and drive efficiency through KPIs.

  • Sign off estimates and oversee smooth transitions between departments.

    Experience leading a similar offering within a production or creative agency.

  • Expert in managing complex projects, budgets, and timelines.

  • A proactive leader with excellent client and team management skills.
