The Amazon Private Brands Creative, Design & Operations team are looking for a Design Program Manager to manage the end to end creative workflow for Consumables products from Packaging through to Product Imaging for product launches. Join this team and develop compelling customer experiences, influence workflow solutions, enhance existing processes, educate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for our customers and partners. Key job responsibilities

  • Independently manages EU CPB packaging artwork and detail page production in collaboration with ASIN Merchandising, Artwork and imaging Agency and VIS, including infographics and ASIN imaging end-to-end, provides inputs to identify opportunities to optimize processes, shorten timelines and use budgets more efficiently.
  • Manages the roll out of adaptive design manual development for EU CPB Detail pages under the byAmazon brand to on time delivery.
  • Manages the communication between the EU CPB Business team on product launch workflow and provides timely product launch updates to the category manager and product manager team.
  • Effectively manages creative process, timelines and resources on the creative team for EU CPB.
  • Continuously optimises processes to increase speed to market and reduce cost.

    4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma, process mapping (Microsoft Visio), Kaizen, and other process optimisation tools
  • Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management
  • Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
  • Experience escalating issues, anticipating and making trade-offs, balance the business need versus other constraints and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
  • Proven track record of earning trust with peers, partners and senior leaders.
  • Experience in program/project management, preferably in a creative team., Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall)
  • Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
  • Experience managing UX programs and working with Design and Research
