We are seeking a Design and Technology Teacher who has experience working in an SEN setting, specifically with students who face behavioural challenges, ASD, and complex learning needs. The role will be based at our West Drayton school, where you will be a key part of a supportive team dedicated to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment., + Plan and deliver engaging Design and Technology lessons, with a strong emphasis on practical skills.
+ Work closely with SEN support staff to manage behavioural issues and create individualised learning plans.
+ Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of students with special educational needs.
+ Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
+ Collaborate with other educators to create a holistic educational experience for all students.

+ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
+ Experience as a Design and Technology Teacher or teaching construction
+ Experience in an SEN school
+ Strong skills in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective classroom strategies.
+ Ability to tailor lessons to support diverse learning needs.
