Designated Safeguarding Lead and Head of FE Pastoral Support

To provide an efficient Safeguarding service within the institution, taking lead responsibility for safeguarding and FE pastoral support; and working in accordance with the Prevent Duty Guidance for England and Wales to protect vulnerable people from being drawn into terrorism.

Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a robust safeguarding framework, participating in strategic discussions and inter-agency meetings, and contributing to the safeguarding assessment of all further education students.
