Full Job Description

Good news. We're looking for an experienced graphic designer to join the creative team based at our Taylors offices in Harrogate on a 12-month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Creative Lead, this design role will work alongside a team of Artwork Specialists, responsible for developing and delivering highly creative and commercially effective design solutions for our brands Taylors Speciality Tea, Taylors Coffee and Yorkshire Tea. Working to briefs from across the business, design remit will span packaging, online content, trade advertisements, event graphics, and internal communications and launches.

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • 3 5 years graphic design experience ideally within an FMCG brand owner or agency servicing FMCG clients.
  • Working knowledge/application of the principles of packaging design.
  • Strong communication abilities across written, verbal and visual, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on and manage a host of different projects and briefs at the same time.
  • Excellent relationship management and ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
  • Ability to both challenge ideas and respond positively to the challenge of others.
  • Able to prioritise, organise, flex and work to deadline.
  • Creative, passionate and curious.

    This is advertised as a 12-month fixed term full-time role of 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, however If you would like to discuss flexible working or alternate working patterns, please provide more details in your application. We offer flexibility in when and where you complete your hours (e.g. hybrid working and flexitime), but ideally this would include 2-3 days per week collaborating with your team and peers at our offices in Harrogate.
