Full Job Description
- Research& prospect potential new business opportunities to maintain ahealthy pipeline.
- This may be a mix of incomingleads called within specified SLA's and self-generatedopportunities.
- Build strong commercial customerrelationships to understand their business &requirements.
- Develop profitable & relevantpropositions to secure new business at the correctmargin.
- Dealing with internal stakeholders toassist with new customers, including Depots, Credit Controletc.
- Understand competitor activity &propositions to create the tailored proposals to win new customersbased on Brakes value proposition.
- Achieveperiod, quarter and annual revenue and margintargets.
- Be comfortable working to demandingKPI's in a fast pace environment.
- Manage allactivity through Salesforce CRM in order to maintain pipeline,activity and conversion visibility andtracking.
- We arelooking for;
- Previousexperience in a New Business role within a fast moving B2Benvironment
- Results orientated, successfullydelivering against targets in a competitivemarketplace
Outstanding active listening skillswith an ability to engage and influencecustomers - Ability to work under pressure with asense of urgency to work in a deadline drivenenvironment
- Strong attention todetail
- Experience of Salesforce and / or SAPwould bebeneficial
